Meet your beer yogis

Welcome friends!
My name is Melissa and my path to yoga began over 15 years ago when I stumbled on a yoga class at my gym. I fell in love with the peace it brought me and was instantly hooked on the work out and work in.
The love for craft beer began with my first sip of a Ballast Point Sculpin, affectionately now referred to as my gateway beer. Since then, I have enjoyed visiting breweries and making new friends along the way, whether I am 1,000 miles away from home or right around the corner.  
Do not be surprised if a lot of jokes are cracked as I try not to take myself or yoga too seriously! Let's have some fun and sweat to the coldies at a brewery near you!   Cheers!
